Is DevMeet free?+
Yes for organizers, always. Companies can open a program at no cost while the product is in beta — no card, no procurement.
Who handles tickets and RSVPs?+
Luma does. Every event stores its Luma link, and organizers report attendance after the meetup so it counts on their profile.
What does the company decide, and what does the host decide?+
The company provides structure, branding, playbooks, requirements and optional merch. The host chooses the venue, speakers, format and timing.
Does an organizer apply again for every program?+
Once per program. Their profile carries name, GitHub, city and history, so each form only asks program-specific questions.
Can we remove a host from a program?+
Yes. Approval can be reversed from the dashboard. Their public profile and past events stay intact.
Who can see our organization's data?+
Only your members. Every table is row-level secured in the database, so access is enforced at the data layer, not just in the interface.
